'Women Entrepreneurs': Film Screening and Discussion

What makes a successful woman entrepreneur?

Join us for the screening and panel discussion of the documentary Women Entrepreneurs, as we look at the life of enterprising women in post-war Kosovo. Discover how any woman can transform social, political and even administrative challenges into opportunities for herself and her community.

Women entrepreneurs is the first documentary by Women in Business, a non-governmental organisation which, through this project, aimed to have a multidimensional effect on the lives of women, encouraging them to develop their own ideas thus improving their status in the family, community and wider society.

The documentary also aims to sensitize relevant stakeholders to the key role of women in developing a sustainable local economy. Come be a part of the discussion to encourage women to recognise their potential contributions to their communities.

Panelists include: Georgette Tan, Group Head, Communications for the Asia/Pacific region at MasterCard, Professor Claudia Zeisberger Senior Affiliate Professor of Decision Sciences and Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, Academic Director, Global Private Equity Initiative and Satya Kothimangalam,Global Outreach and Fundraising, Milaap
